Visa & Documentation Assistance

Visa & Documentation Overview

Visa and documentation requirements change from country to country, and a small mistake can cost weeks. They also depend on whether the employer's country has a diplomatic mission in Pakistan. Elahi Enterprises manages the whole process, from the employer's demand letter and power of attorney to visa endorsement, so employers and candidates never have to navigate it alone.

Once the employer confirms the visa, we apply at the relevant embassy or consular office for endorsement in the passport. Before departure, each worker receives their original passport, air ticket, and the government's final approval letter. We follow the government's detailed provisions throughout, to spare workers unnecessary hassles.

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers about paperwork, timelines, and costs.

Employers provide a demand letter, power of attorney, consular letter, and employment contract, along with a service agreement, guarantee letter, company registration copy, and visa approval slip. The demand letter, power of attorney, and consular letter must be signed by an authorized person, carry the company seal, and be attested by the Chamber of Commerce and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Q2. How long do interviews, visas, and deployment take?

Q3. Who pays for the visa, air ticket, and other costs?

It depends on the recruitment category, and costs are agreed with the employer abroad. When the employer bears all charges (including visa, air ticket, medical, endorsement fees, taxes, and our agency fee), we do not charge candidates any additional amount. In normal recruitment, the employer provides the visa free and candidates cover advertisement, endorsement, medical, air ticket, airport tax, and the agency fee including orientation. We pay the employer a fine if we charge a candidate extra.
